European Passport Rights for Insurance Intermediaries

(Revocation) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 64 of the

Insurance Business Act and of article 3 of the Insurance Distribution

Act, the Minister responsible for the regulation of Financial Services,

after consultation with the Malta Financial Services Authority, has

made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the European Passport Citation and

Rights for Insurance Intermediaries (Revocation) Regulations, 2018. commencement.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1 st October

2018.
