Activities requiring Permit by Local Councils

(Amendment) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 16 of the

Trading Licences Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government after consultation with the Minister for the Economy,

Investment and Small Businesses, has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Activities requiring Citation.

Permit by Local Councils (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Activities S.L. 441.04

requiring Permit by Local Councils Regulations, hereinafter referred

to as "the principal regulations".

Regulation 2 of the principal regulations shall be amended Amends

Schedule A of the principal regulations shall be deleted.

Schedule B of the principal regulations shall be amended

as follows

(a)

in the title thereof for the words "Schedule B" there

shall be substituted the words "Schedule A";

(b)

in general condition number (2) thereof for the

words "Schedule C." there shall be substituted the words

"Schedule B.";

(c)

in general condition number (7) thereof, for the

words "the applicant shall also pay, together with the fees

established in Schedule C, a fee established in Schedule A."

together with the fees established in Schedule B, as fee as

established by the Agency.".

The title "Schedule C" of the principal regulations shall be

re-titled as "Schedule B".
