Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Housing (Decontrol) Ordinance (Amendment) Act, 2018, the

Minister for Justice has established the 11th July, 2018 as the date

when the provisions of article 5 of the said Act shall come into force.
