Correction of Laws Order, 2018

Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2016 (Act XV of 2016)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4(1)(i) and (k) of

the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made

the following correction

In sub-article (2) of article 31 of the Budget Measures

Implementation Act, 2016, there shall be made the following

correction whereby paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) thereof shall be

substituted by the following paragraphs

"(a)

articles 32 and 33 shall be deemed to have come

into force on 12 October, 2015;

(b)

articles 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40 and 41 shall be

deemed to have come into force on 13 October, 2015; and

(c)

article 37 shall come into force on 1 January,

2016.".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has appointed the 15th March, 2016, as the date on which the

correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal

Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
