Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 13 of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and

Local Government has made the following regulations

The title of these regulations is the Commissioners for

Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Schedule to the

Commissioners for Justice Act, hereinafter referred to as "the

Schedule".

The item of the Schedule "Abandonment, Dumping and
