Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Disposal and Collection of Waste in Valletta Regulations, the

Minister responsible for health has established the 8th June, 2018 as

the date when all the provisions of the said regulations shall come

into force.
