Southridge, Mellieħa (Special Designated Area) Order, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, The

Minister for Finance has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Southridge, Mellieħa (Special Title.

Designated Area) order, 2018.

Southridge, Mellieħa consisting of immovable property Designation of

situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed Special

to this Order, is hereby designated as a Special Designated Area for the

purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents).

Southridge, Mellieħa shall be added to the List of Addition to the

Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property First

to the Act.
