Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2)

of Processing of Personal Data (Police and Judicial Cooperation in

Criminal Matters) (Revocation) Regulations, 2018, the Minister for

Justice, Culture and Local Government has established the 28th May

2018 as the date when all the provisions of the said regulations shall

come into force.
