PASSENGER NAME RECORD (DATA) ACT, 2018

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Passenger Name Record (Data) Act, 2018, the Minister for Home

Affairs and National Security has established the 28th of May 2018 as

the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
