Processing of Personal Data (Police and Judicial Cooperation in

Criminal Matters) (Revocation) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4(1) of the

Data Protection Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government, after consultation with the Minister for Home Affairs and

National Security and the Information Data Protection Commissioner,

has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation and — Criminal Matters) (Revocation) Regulations, 2018 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Processing of Personal

commencement.

Data (Police and Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters)

(Revocation) Regulations, 2018.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on such date as the

Minister may by notice in the Gazette appoint.

prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done thereunder.
