Commencement Notice
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the
Social Care Standards Authority Act, 2018, the Minister for Family
Children’s Rights and Social Solidarity has established the 28th of
May 2018 as the date when the provisions of articles 1 to 13 and 30 of
the said Act shall come into force.
