(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018

(ACT NO. I OF 2018)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) and (3) of

the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act,

2018, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government has

established the 1st June, 2018 as the date when sub-article (7) of article

36 of the Code as amended by article 2(a) of the said Act shall come

into force.
