VIOLENCE ACT, 2018

(ACT XIII OF 2018)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Gender-Based Violence and Domestic Violence Act, 2018, the

Minister for European Affairs and Equality has established the 14th of

May 2018 as the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall

come into force.
