National Agency for Examinations (Establishment)

(Revocation) Order, 2018

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 36(1) of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the

following Order:-

The title of this Order is the National Agency for

Examinations (Establishment) (Revocation) Order, 2018.

The National Agency for Examinations (Establishment)

Order is hereby revoked without prejudice to anything done or

omitted to be done thereunder.

The words "National Agency for Examinations" and "To

administer local and overseas examinations and to replace the

existing Department of Examinations" in the First and Second

Columns respectively of the Fourth Schedule to the Public

Administration Act shall be deleted.
