AUTHORITY FOR TRANSPORT IN MALTA ACT

(CAP. 499)

Arrears of Motor Vehicle Licence Fees

(Regularisation)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 54 of the

Traffic Regulation Ordinance and by article 43 of the Authority for

Transport in Malta Act, the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and

Capital Projects, after consultation with the Authority for Transport in

Malta, made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Arrears of Motor

Vehicle Licence Fees (Regularisation) (Amendment) Regulations,

2018 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Arrears of

Motor Vehicle Licence Fees (Regularisation) Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

In regulation 4 of the principal regulations, the date "31st

March, 2018" shall be substituted by the date "15th October, 2020".
