Commencement Notice

IT is notified for general information that the Agreement between

the Government of the Republic of Malta and the Government of the

Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the Avoidance of Double Taxation

and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income

published as a Schedule to Legal Notice 286 of 2016 has entered into

force on 25 November 2016.
