Maltese Language Act (Substitution of Schedule B)
Regulations, 2018
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 24 of the
Maltese Language Act, the Minister of Education, Employment
and the Family has made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Maltese Language Citation.
Act (Substitution of Schedule B) Regulations, 2018 and they shall be
read and construed as one with Schedule B to the Maltese Language Cap. 470.
Act, hereinafter referred to as " Schedule B".
Schedule B shall be substituted by the following

OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

The Council
•
The Commission
•
The European Parliament
•
The Courts of Justice
•
The Courts of Auditors
•
The Committee for Economic and Social Affairs
•
The Regional Committee
•
The Centre for Translations
•
The European Central Bank
Provided that the participation of the representative of the
Maltese departments of the translators of the European Union,
nominated together by the same departments listed in this Schedule,
shall be in accordance with and so far as permitted by the regulations
of the European Union institutions mentioned in this Schedule.".
