Health Act (Amendment of Schedule C) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 22(3) of the

Health Act, the Minister for Health, has made the following

regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is Health Act

(Amendment of Schedule C) Regulations, 2018, and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with Schedule C of the Health Act,

hereinafter referred to as "Schedule C".

Sub-paragraph (1) of Schedule C shall be amended as

(a)

the word "and" in paragraph (i) thereof, shall be

deleted;

(b) after paragraph (i) thereof, there shall be added the

following new paragraph (j)

"(j) a representative of the Central Procurement and

Supplies Unit within the Ministry for Health; and";

(c) paragraph (j) thereof shall be renumbered as

paragraph (k).

(2) Sub-paragraph (2) of Schedule C, the words "and j" shall be

substituted by the words "(j) and (k)".
