Correction of Laws Order, 2017

(Pensions (Members of the Judiciary

and Attorney General) Regulations, S.L. 564.01)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4(1)(i) and (k) of

the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made

the following corrections

There shall be made the following corrections to the

Pensions (Members of the Judiciary and Attorney General)

Regulations

(a)

in regulation 2 thereof, for the words "two-hundred

and seventieth" there shall be substituted the words "one

hundred and eightieth";

(b)

in sub-regulation (1) of regulation 3 thereof, for the

words "two-hundred and seventieth" and for the words "two

hundred and seventieth", there shall be substituted, in each case,

the words "one hundred and eightieth"; and

(ċ)

in sub-regulation (2) of regulation 3 thereof, for the

words "two hundred and seventieth" there shall be substituted

the words "one hundred and eightieth".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has appointed the 28th October, 2016, as the date on which the

correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal

Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
