FINANCIAL MARKETS ACT
Designated Financial Instruments (Revocation) Regulations, 2017
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 49 of the
Financial Markets Act, the Minister responsible for the regulation of
financial services, acting on the advice of the Malta Financial
Services Authority, has made the following regulations:-
(1) The title of these regulations is the Designated Citation.
Financial Instruments (Revocation) Regulations, 2017.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 3rd January
2018.
The Designated Financial Instruments Regulations are Revocation of
hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be the
