DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT

(CAP. 552)

Development Notification (Amendment) Order, 2017

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 55 of the

Development Planning Act, the Planning Authority, the Planning

Authority, with the concurrence of the Parliamentary Secretary for

Planning and Simplification of Administrative Processes, has made

the following Order:-

The title of the Order is the Development Notification Citation.

(Amendment) Order, 2017, and this Order shall be read and construed

as one with the Development Notification Order, hereinafter referred S.L. 552.08

to as "the principal Order".
