Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Lands Authority Act, the Parliamentary Secretary for Planning and

Simplification of Administrative Processes has established the 3rd

February, 2017 as the date when the provisions of articles 1 to 6, 7(4)

to 7(8), 8 to 52 and 58 to 64 of the said Act shall be deemed to have

come into force.
