(ACT NO XXXI OF 2017)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Financial Services Laws (Amendment) Act, 2017, the

Minister responsible for the regulation of financial services has

established the 3 rd January 2018, as the date on which the remaining

provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
