Petroleum for the Inland (Retail) Fuel Market

(Amendment) Regulations, 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 37(1) of the

Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act, the Prime Minister,

after consultation with the Regulator for Energy and Water Services,

has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Petroleum for

the Inland (Retail) Fuel Market (Amendment) Regulations, 2017, and

these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Petroleum for the Inland (Retail) Fuel Market Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations transpose Article 7(7) of Directive 2014/

94/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October

2014 on the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure.

Immediately after regulation 30 of the principal
