Correction of Laws Order, 2017

(Income Tax Act, Cap. 123)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following corrections

In the Maltese version of paragraph (b) of sub-article (10)

of article 5 of the Income Tax Act there shall be made the following

correction, whereby immediately after the words ''ma għandhiex issir

it-tpaċija tagħhom'' there shall be added the words ''ma’ xi income

ieħor għas-sena ta’ stima iżda għandhom jitmexxew ’il quddiem u ssir

tpaċija tagħhom''.

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has appointed the 25th November, 1992, as the date on which the

correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal

Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
