(ACQUISITION BY NON-RESIDENTS) ACT

The Quad Business Towers (Designated Special Area) Order, 2017

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Minister

for Finance has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Quad Business Towers Title.

(Designated Special Area) Order, 2017.

The Quad Business Towers, Mrieħel consisting of Designation of

immovable property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Special Area.

Registry Plan annexed to this order, is hereby designated as a

Designated Special Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property Cap. 246.

(Acquisition by Non-Residents).

The Quad Business Towers, Mrieħel shall be added to the Addition to the

List of Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable First

to the Act.
