(CAP. 123)

Income Tax Exemption (Philanthropic Work) Notice, 2017

BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 12(1)(e) of

the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance has named the

organisations mentioned below as being engaged in philanthropic

work, and thus exempt from income tax -

Migrant Offshore Aid Station Foundation (MOAS)

St. John Rescue Corps – Malta
