MALTA DEVELOPMENT BANK ACT, 2017

(ACT NO. XXI OF 2017)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Malta Development Bank Act, 2017 the Minister for Finance has

established the 24th November, 2017 as the date when all the

provisions of the said Act, except for article 5 and the Second

Schedule, shall come into force. The Second Schedule of the said Act

shall come into force on the 5th December, 2017, while article 5 of

the said Act shall enter into force on the 1st January, 2018.
