Petitions (Local Tribunals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 13 of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and

Local Government made the following regulations

Reg. 1 Title and — Petitions (Local Tribunals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 Open official source

(1) The title of these regulations is the Petitions (Local

commencement.

Tribunals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 and these regulations shall

be read and construed as one with the Petitions (Local Tribunals)

Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1 st

December, 2017.

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 4 of the principal regulations. — Petitions (Local Tribunals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 Open official source

In sub-regulation (2) of regulation 4 of the principal

regulations the words "one year" shall be substituted by the words

"thirty days".
