Code of Organization and Civil Procedure

(Amendment of Tariff C) Regulations, 2017

BY VIRTUE of the powers granted by article 1004 of the Code

of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Minister for Justice, Culture

and Local Government, with the concurrence of the Minister for

Finance, has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — 327 tal-2017 – Regolamenti tal-2017 li jemendaw it-Tariff Ċ li tinsab mal-Kodiċi ta’ Organizzazzjoni u Proċedura Ċivili Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Code of Organization

and Civil Procedure (Amendment of Tariff C) Regulations, 2017, and

these regulations shall be read and construed as one with Tariff C in

Schedule A to the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure,

hereinafter referred to as "the Tariff".

Reg. 2 Amends Tariff C of Schedule A. — 327 tal-2017 – Regolamenti tal-2017 li jemendaw it-Tariff Ċ li tinsab mal-Kodiċi ta’ Organizzazzjoni u Proċedura Ċivili Open official source

In item 12 of the Tariff immediately after the words "ex

officio acting in that capacity" there shall be added the words "or by a

voluntary organization, enrolled in the Register of Voluntary

Organisations under the Voluntary Organisations Act, upon the filing

of an application under the Protection of Minors (Registration) Act".
