Feed-in Tariffs Scheme (Electricity Generated from Solar

Photovoltaic Installations) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 37(1) of the

Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act, the Prime Minister,

after consultation with the Regulator for Energy and Water Services,

has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Feed-in Tariffs Scheme Citation.

(Electricity Generated from Solar Photovoltaic Installations)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2017, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Feed-in Tariffs Scheme (Electricity S.L. 545.27

Generated from Solar Photovoltaic Installations) Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

The Second Schedule to the principal regulations shall be Amends the

in the said item 1 thereof, the paragraph

"Units from the cap assigned to the FIT type of

structure integrated solar photovoltaic installations in

Table B that remain unallocated as at the 30th December

2016 may be transferred and added to the cap of units

assigned for FIT type (b) in Table A.";

shall be deleted;

(c)

paragraph (a) of item 4 thereof shall be substituted

by the following

"(a) approved for the FIT scheme from the

1st February 2017 and 30th June 2017; and

(d)

item 5 thereof shall be deleted.
