Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation

(Agriculture and Fishing Industries

(Financial Assistance) Act) Regulations, 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 7 of

the Agriculture and Fishing Industries (Financial Assistance) Act, the

Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate

Change, in conjunction with the Parliamentary Secretary for

Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Rights, after consultation with the

Minister for Finance, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of

Subsidiary Legislation (Agriculture and Fishing Industries (Financial

Assitance) Act) Regulations, 2017.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-rule (2) is

hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be

done thereunder.

(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation is the following

Cross-Compliance related to EU Aid Applications in terms of the

Paying Agency Regulations (S.L.146.05).
