(Commencement Notice)

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Local Councils Act (Amendment of the Sixth Schedule) Regulations,

2017, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government has

established the 1st January, 2018, as the date when all the provisions

of the said regulations shall come into force.
