Local Councils (Procedures) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017

(Commencement Notice)

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Local Councils (Procedures) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017, the

Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government has established

the 1st January, 2018, as the date when all the provisions of the said

regulations shall come into force.
