Arms Act (Amendment of Schedule I) Regulations, 2017
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 65 of the
Arms Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and National Security, has
made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Arms Act (Amendment
of Schedule I) Regulations, 2017, and these regulations shall be read
and construed as one with Schedule I to the Arms Act, hereinafter
referred to as "Schedule I".

Reg. 2 Amends Schedule I. — Arms Act (Amendment of Schedule I) Regulations, 2017

In Schedule I immediately after item 13 thereof there shall
be added the following new item
"14. Any non-essential component or accessory intended
specifically to increase the rate of fire of semi-automatic or
other firearms, such as but not limited to, bump-stocks.".
