Correction of Laws Order, 2017
Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2017 (Act XVI of 2017)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4(1)(i) and (k) of
the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made
the following correction
In paragraph (f) of article 79 of the Budget Measures
Implementation Act, 2017, there shall be made the following
correction whereby for the words "in sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph
(a)" there shall be substituted the words "in sub-paragraph (i) of
2017. paragraph (b)".
The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government
has appointed the 13th April, 2017, as the date on which the
correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal
Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
