LOCAL COUNCILS ACT

Local Councils Act (Amendment of the Sixth Schedule) Regulations,

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 72(2) of the

Local Councils Act, the Minister responsible for Justice, Culture and

Local Government, has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Local Councils Act

(Amendment of the Sixth Schedule) Regulations, 2017, and shall be

read and construed as one with the Sixth Schedule to the Local

Councils Act, hereinafter referred to as the "Sixth Schedule".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on such date as the

Minister responsible for Justice, Culture and Local Government may

by notice in the Gazette establish.

Standing order 38 of the Sixth Schedule shall be
