(CAP. 333)

Civil Aviation (Terminal Charges for Navigation Services)

(Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the

Eurocontrol Act, the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and

Capital Projects, with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, has

made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Civil Aviation Citation and

(Terminal Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment No. 2) commencement.

Regulations, 2017, and these regulations shall be read and construed

as one with the Civil Aviation (Terminal Charges for Navigation S.L. 333.02

Services) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on the 1st January, 2017.

Regulation 5(4)

The rate of interest on late payment shall be 9.88 per cent per

annum.".
