ASSET RECOVERY BUREAU REGULATIONS

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Asset Recovery Bureau Regulations, the Minister for Justice, Culture

and Local Government has established the 1st October, 2017 as the

date when the provisions of regulations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14,

15, 16, 17, 23, 42, 43 and 46 shall come into force.
