FEES ORDINANCE
(CAP. 35)
Fees (Swine Rearing and Keeping) Regulations, 2017
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees
Ordinance, the Minister for the Environment, Sustainable Development
and Climate Change, with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance,
has made the following regulations:-
The title of these rules is the Fees (Swine Rearing and
Keeping Regulations, 2017.
There shall be payable to the Director responsible for
Veterinary Services the following fees for the following services
Fees payable for Swine Rearing and Keeping
Yearly fee for the issuing of a swine breeder
licence ..............................................................
€15 per licence
Yearly fee for the issuing of a swine fattener
licence ..............................................................
€15 per licence
Yearly fee for the issuing of a swine breeder
and fattener licence ..........................................
€15 per licence
Yearly fee for the issuing of a swine farm
licence ..............................................................
€10 per licence
Fee for the issuing of a licence for a one-time €35 per licence per
pet swine licence ..............................................
