GOVERNMENT BORROWING AND MANAGEMENT

OF PUBLIC DEBT ACT

(CAP. 575)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Government Borrowing and Management of Public Debt Act, the

Minister for Finance has established the 1st September, 2017, as the

date when the all provisions of the said Act, other than articles 40 to

52, both inclusive, and paragraph (e) of article 71 thereof, shall come

into force.
