Health Care Professions Act

(Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 51 of the Health

Care Professions Act, the Minister for Health has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Health Care Professions

Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2017, and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Fourth

Schedule to the Health Care Professions Act, hereinafter referred to

as "the Fourth Schedule".

In the item " - Professions Complementary to Medicine" in

Part II of the Fourth Schedule there shall be added the following

association

"Malta Dental Technologists Association".
