Duty on Transfers (Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2017

BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 23 of the

Duty on Documents and Transfers Act, the Minister responsible for

Finance has made the following order:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — 187 tal-2017 – Ordni tal-2017 li jemenda l-Ordni dwar Eżenzjoni mit-Taxxa fuq Trasferimenti (Emenda Nru 2) Open official source

The title of this order is the Duty on Transfers (Exemption)

(Amendment No. 2) Order, 2017 and this order shall be read and

construed as one with the Duty on Transfers (Exemption) Order,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

Reg. 2 Amends article 3 of the principal order. — 187 tal-2017 – Ordni tal-2017 li jemenda l-Ordni dwar Eżenzjoni mit-Taxxa fuq Trasferimenti (Emenda Nru 2) Open official source

In paragraph (a) of article 3 of the principal order, for the

words "on or after the 1st January 2016 but before the 1st July 2017"

there shall be substituted the words "on or after the 1st January 2016

but before the 1st October 2017".
