Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Parliamentary Service Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister

for European Affairs and Implementation of the Electoral Manifesto

has established the 2nd January, 2017 as the date when all the

provisions of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
