Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of

Family Reunification (Amendment) Regulations, 2017, the Minister

responsible for Immigration has established the 30th May 2017 as the

date when the provisions of the said regulations shall be deemed to

have come into force.
