Arms Licensing (Amendment) Regulations, 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 65 of the Arms

Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and National Security, has made

the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Arms Licensing

(Amendment) Regulations, 2017, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Arms Licensing Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

In the definition "qualifications" of regulation 83 of the

principal regulations, the words "and an Arms Dealer Licence in

accordance with Part V of these regulations" shall be deleted.

Immediately after regulation 93 of principal regulations,

there shall be added the following new regulations

94. Airsoft and Paintball markers shall only be
