PREVENTION OF DISEASE ORDINANCE

(CAP. 36)

Prevention of Disease Ordinance

(Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation) Regulations, 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 3, 84 and 87 of

the Prevention of Disease Ordinance, the Minister for Health, with

the concurrence of the Minister for Sustainable Development, the

Environment and Climate Change, has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Prevention of Disease

Ordinance (Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation) Regulations, 2017.

The following subsidiary legislation, made under the

Prevention of Disease Ordinance, is hereby revoked without

prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done thereunder

(a)

Animal Food Regulations, 1945 (Government

Notice 448 of 1945);

(b) the Swine Keeping Regulations, 1980 (Legal Notice

86 of 1980); and

(c)

the Swill Control Regulations, 1993 (Legal Notice

125 of 1993.
