Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Lands Authority Act, the Parliamentary Secretary for Planning and

Simplification of Administrative Processes has established the 25th

April, 2017 as the date when all the remaining provisions of the said

Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
