Oath of Office (Prisons Officers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 6 of the Prisons
Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and National Security has made
the following regulations

Reg. 1 Title. — Oath of Office (Prisons Officers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017

The title of these regulations is the Oath of Office (Prisons
Officers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 and they shall be read and
construed as one with the Oath of Office (Prisons Officers)
Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 3 of the principal regulations. — Oath of Office (Prisons Officers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017

In sub-regulation (1) of regulation 3 of the principal
regulations, for the words "than thirty days from the date of the coming
into force of these regulations" there shall be substituted the words "the
31 st July 2017".
