SMALL BUSINESS ACT

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Small

Business Act, 2011 the Minister for the Economy, Investment and

Small Business has established the 24th April, 2017 as the date when

the provisions of articles 13, 15 and 16 of the above-mentioned Act

shall come into force.
